1. Refer Clients
To refer a client, simply fill out the form below. Give us your client’s details and a brief overview of their needs.
2. We Get in Touch
Please let your client know to expect a phone call from us. We’ll get in touch and review the options available for the home.
3. Earn Referral Fees
For every property management client you refer, we’ll pay you 25% of one month’s rent. We also pay 10% for tenant placement. We DO NOT accept referrals for FULTON COUNTY.

We’ll Pay You
You’ll earn 25% of one month’s rent for every property management contract you refer. If your client only needs tenant placement, we’ll pay 10% of the first month’s rent.
